Tuition

Annual Tuition is $5000 with a $500 Registration Fee

We wish tuition wasn't a necessary factor in enrollment for our school, but as a private school receiving no outside funds, it is unavoidable. As a school, we have to remain financially viable. We have tried to keep tuition as reasonable as possible and have several different payment options to choose from.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All monies paid are immediately put to use

to purchase curriculum, supplies, and pay teachers.

Due at Enrollment

The registration fee - $500 - and first month's tuition - $500 - is due at time of enrollment ($1000 total). This guarantees your child's place as a student

at Winnsboro Christian Academy.

Sibling Discounts

If enrolling more than one child at WCA, we do offer a sibling discount of $500 off for the first sibling and $900 off for each subsequent sibling.

Full Payment Option

If paying the full year's tuition up front at the time of enrollment, we waive the $500 enrollment fee. This discount does not apply to siblings, it is $500 per family.

Semester Payment Option

If paying the tuition in two lump sums at the beginning of each semester, there is a total discount of $250. This discount does not apply to siblings, it is $250 per family.

Monthly Payment Option

The registration fee and first month's tuition are due at enrollment ($1000). The final monthly tuition payment will be in March (no tuition is collected the final two months of school). If subsequent payments begin in August, each payment will be $500. If payments begin before or after August, then payments adjust accordingly.
